SOCIALMANAGER
As a social manager, you ensure that the care and supervisory staff in social institutions can work smoothly. This ensures, among other things, that childcare is provided safely and that people in need of care receive a comprehensive level of care. At management level, you also support the processes through analyses and you help to plan the staff's deployment. In this way, organisations can be managed effectively.
QUALITY MANAGER OF SOCIAL ORGANISATIONS
Due to changing economic conditions, the issue of quality in social work is becoming increasingly important. As a Quality Manager, you restructure complex interrelationships in the social sector. As a social marketing manager, you focus on professional and meaningful marketing strategies and brand messages in the area of social economy.
